1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to fiscenda.com, including enquiries initiated from the website and consultation bookings reached through its external booking link.

It does not govern the future Fiscenda One client portal. Before Fiscenda One accepts client records, financial data, tax information or account credentials, the portal must display its own Privacy Notice and applicable service terms. An external booking provider also processes information under the privacy notice shown on its own website.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Identity and contact information, such as your name, business email address and telephone number, when you contact us or arrange a meeting.
  • Professional information, such as your organisation, role, countries of operation and the services in which you are interested.
  • Enquiry and meeting information, including your message, consultation preferences and correspondence with us.
  • Technical and security information processed when your device connects to the website, such as IP address, request metadata, browser information and security events. Cloudflare processes this information to host, deliver and protect the website.
  • Aggregated website usage and performance information through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Please do not send passwords, banking credentials, tax-portal credentials, identity documents or confidential accounting records through the public website or ordinary email.

We do not use information collected through this website for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information.

4. Booking consultations

The /book page will send you to an external scheduling provider rather than embedding that provider inside Fiscenda’s website. The provider named on the booking page will process the information you submit under its own privacy notice. Fiscenda will receive the booking details needed to organise and conduct the meeting.

The external booking link must not be activated until the provider is named on the booking page and its privacy notice has been reviewed.

5. Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, security and privacy-focused Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics reporting.

Cloudflare may nevertheless process network and request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Its processing is governed by Cloudflare’s contractual and privacy terms.

6. Recipients

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Cloudflare, for website hosting, delivery, security and analytics.
  • The email and communications providers used to receive and respond to enquiries.
  • The external scheduling provider named on the booking page.
  • Professional advisers, contractors and service providers bound by appropriate confidentiality or data-protection obligations.
  • Courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where disclosure is legally required.

7. International transfers

Fiscenda is currently operated from Zimbabwe and may use providers that process information in other countries. Where GDPR or another data-transfer law applies, Fiscenda will use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses or another legally recognised safeguard.

8. Retention

  • General enquiries and consultation records are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Records needed for a contract, legal obligation, dispute or legal claim may be retained for the applicable statutory or limitation period.
  • Information held by an external booking or communications provider is also subject to that provider’s retention controls and Fiscenda’s account settings.
  • Aggregated analytics may be retained according to Cloudflare’s service settings and terms.

Information will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless longer retention is required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to:

  • Ask whether your personal information is being processed and obtain a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion or restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • Complain to an applicable data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. Fiscenda may need reasonable information to verify your identity and request.

People in the EEA may complain to the supervisory authority in their country of habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. In Zimbabwe, data-protection complaints may be directed to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in its capacity as the Data Protection Authority.

10. European representative

Before Fiscenda begins regularly offering services to people or organisations in the EEA, it will assess and document whether an EU or EEA representative must be appointed under Article 27 GDPR. If one is appointed, its identity and contact details will be added here before relevant processing begins.

11. Security

Fiscenda uses proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Children

This is a business-services website and is not directed to children. Fiscenda does not knowingly seek information from anyone under 18 through the marketing website.

13. Changes

This notice may change when the business is incorporated, providers change, Fiscenda One launches or legal requirements develop. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
