Launch configuration. This policy assumes Cloudflare Web Analytics, an external—not embedded—booking link, and no advertising or behavioural tracking.

At a glance

  • No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors.
  • No consent banner is needed unless optional technologies are added.

At a glance

At launch, the public marketing website at fiscenda.com does not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling, cross-site tracking or embedded third-party booking content. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, but Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to produce analytics.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used on the Fiscenda marketing website. It does not govern the future Fiscenda One portal or the external booking provider’s website. Those services must provide their own notices.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website or service may store on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kit identifiers, pixels and device fingerprinting.

Some technologies are necessary for a requested service or security. Others are optional and may require consent, depending on their purpose and the law that applies.

3. Technologies used at launch

Cloudflare hosting and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. In limited circumstances, Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms or cookies, for example when responding to malicious traffic, verifying a legitimate request or maintaining a security challenge. These are not used by Fiscenda for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated information about website use and performance. According to Cloudflare, it does not use client-side state such as cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individuals for analytics reporting.

The analytics service may process page and performance signals needed to generate aggregated statistics. More information is available in the Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s own documentation.

4. External consultation booking

The /book page will use a normal external link rather than an embedded scheduler. The booking provider therefore does not load its scripts or place its cookies merely because you visit a Fiscenda page.

If you follow the external link, the provider’s website and its cookie policy apply. The provider must be identified on the booking page before the link is activated.

5. Fiscenda One

The Fiscenda One portal may need strictly necessary authentication, security and preference cookies. Those technologies are not part of the public marketing website and must be explained in a separate portal cookie notice before the portal launches.

6. Consent banner

The marketing website does not display a consent banner at launch because it is not intended to use optional cookies or comparable tracking technologies requiring consent.

Before adding an embedded scheduler, advertising pixel, behavioural analytics, embedded video, social-media widget or another optional technology, Fiscenda must:

  1. Review what the technology stores or accesses.
  2. Update this policy and the Privacy Policy.
  3. Introduce an appropriate consent mechanism before the technology loads, where required.
  4. Make refusal as easy as acceptance.

7. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary security cookies may prevent parts of a website from working correctly. Browser settings do not necessarily prevent server-side security logging or cookieless analytics.

8. Changes

This policy will be updated when Fiscenda changes its website technologies, selects a booking provider, launches Fiscenda One or becomes incorporated. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.

9. Contact

Questions about the website’s use of cookies or similar technologies can be sent to [email protected].
